PRODUCTION CAPACITY

  • Sawing - Up to 300 mm diameter.
  • Turning - Up to 3,000 mm between centres, 600 mm swing over saddle 1300 mm in gap. Also capstans up to 32 mm. CNC turning capacity up to 500mm diameter x 1,500mm between centres.
  • Milling - Vertical and horizontal machines up to 1,200 mm length table, equipped with slotting attachments, dividing heads, and rotary tables. Jig mill capacity for components within 1,000 mm cube. Vertical CNC milling for components within 750 mm long x 350 mm wide x 300 mm high.
  • Drilling - Up to 75 mm diameter, pillar, bench and radial.
  • Slotting - Up to 250 mm stroke. Grinding Cylindrical, 150 mm dia. x 500 mm long.
  • Pressing - Vertical presses, up to12 tons

 

FABRICATION and FINISHING

Overhead crane to 5 tons.

Specialist Welding - Gas, MIG, TIG, in stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium.

Additional processes such as Heat Treatment and Metal Finishing, including Polishing, Chrome and Zinc Plating, and Powder Coating, and also Gear Cutting, can be provided.
